BRITISH BULLDOG ( RTWB & DRIBBLING )
RULES :
- Reds are starting with the ball on one side of the area / Blues are starting without the ball and acting as defenders (British Bulldogs)
- Reds trying to get with the ball to the other side of the area without losing a ball.
- Blues trying to win it back and the player who lost the ball, became another Bulldog.
- Player who survived the longest is a winner of the game
- Rotate roles
PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS
- All reds running in the area and try to STAY ON THE BALL for 60 secs/ Blues trying to win a ball
/When the ball is lost try to regain possession.
- Play smaller/bigger areas
- Start with less/ more bulldogs
