Instructions:
- Player A dribbles into blue box, turns and plays a pass to player B. Player B receives and plays a pass to player C on the run into the blue box.
- Player C plays 1v1 vs. defender to large goal.
- Should defender win the ball, he scores in 2 central counter goals.
- Should GK make a save, he scores by distributing into either wide goal.
- Next group begins when player C receives.
- Attackers rotate: A to B to C to A.
- Defenders rotate each round. Defend once, rest twice.
Coaching Points:
- Player C: Timing / Shape of run to receive on run going towards goal, Quality of first touch to attack defender, Ability to unbalance, Quickness to be effective and get to goal.
- Player B: Body shape prior to receiving, quality of first touch, weight and accuracy of pass.
- Players A: Quality of turn / pass.

- Attackers attempt to keep possession.
- Defenders attempt to win the ball and dribble out.
- If defender wins possession, attacker who made mistake becomes defender, defender replaces attacker.

- 2nd attackers recognition to pinch, create lane to receive on back foot.
