Organization:
3 players per group 1 ball
Instructions:
player with the ball passes to their teammate that is waiting to receive, passing player will follow the pass and perform dynamic movement to get into next position
Receiving player receives with instructed surface of the foot then performs ball mastery/skill move to get around advancing player to make next pass
cycle repeats until coach changes dynamic movment/ball mastery skill
Coaching Points:
quality of dribble, or touch and pass
quality of execution of dynamic movement
posture and balance when performing dynamic movement

Organization:
- Players in pairs with ball each as shown.
- Channels - 10x15 yards.
Instructions:
- Players work in pairs as shown.
- Players begin by dribbling towards one side of the channel until they reach the red cone.
- As a pair, the players perform a skill (L or U turn) in order to spin back towards the other side of their channel simultaneously.
- Players make eye contact and then perform another technique once reaching the other side of the channel.
Coaching Points:
- Technique of L / U turn.
- Ability to slow down slightly prior to turn.
- Size and angle of exit touch.
- Head up / Look through passing lane.
- Sell forward pass before turning.

Organization (exact same activity as warm-up just add a ball):
- Players work in pairs.
- Player with the ball (blue) is the attacker, One player (white) is defender.
- 2 cones, 4 yards apart (multiple groups set up to create league table).
Instructions:
- Players slap hands to begin game.
- Defender tries to be the attacker's mirror.
- Attacker attempts to stop the ball on either cone without the defender stepping on the cone at the same time.
- If attacker is successful, he receives a point.
- Players slap hands again centrally to start again.
- Players play for 30 second rounds, switch roles, winner moves up, loser moves down.
Coaching Points:
- Quickness of movements (can I get the defender moving quickly to build his momentum).
- When to turn or use stop-start (space vs. defender).
- Use of body shape to fool defender (hips, eyes, etc.).

Organization:
Groups of 6 or 8
2 Central Players (can be 4 depending on numbers)
4 wide target players (2 per team)
2 small goals at opposite corners (can be large goals w/ GKs)
Instructions:
1v1 in central area
ball starts with a pass from player who will defend first to player who will attack first
once game begins, the player in possession can score after they play the ball 3 times to either of their wide players
Defending player attempts to win possession and find their own 3 passes
Restart with a pass between defender and attacker after each goal or if the ball goes out of play
Play to 3 points or 'x' amount of time
Coaching Points:
Use of Turn to find space and passing angle when pressure is tight
ability to get head up early to find the best pass
Movement of wide players and movement of central player once the ball goes wide to support
Progressions:
Increase number of central players
Increase number of passes required before giong to goal
Limit number of touches for the wide players

Large Goals and GKs
Instructions:
Ball starts with GK
Team in possession must play into on of their target players before attempting to score
Target players can only receive through one of the gates but are permitted to move to occupy either one
Coaching Points:
Recognition of when to play forward into target
ability to recognize when pressure has gotten tight and need to use a turn to paly out of pressure
Team shape and ability to play out from the GK
