Technical Warm up: 10 minutes

Organization:
12 x 12 grid, 5 v 1, with 4 on the opposite. Team in possession must create 5 passes to score a point. When defender wins possession, they must play their team in opposite grid. A new defender must enter the new grid.

Organization:
15 x 15 grid. 2 teams, facing opposite of each other.
Player to dribble to opposite line to invite the next player to dribble in. If possession is lost, the team that has won it, plays their player in.

Organization:
5x5 grid in middle, starting points 6 yards from 5x5 grid, poles 8 yards from box.
Players start by jogging into box then accelerating into the specific movements from below, passing pole on side. Progress into following other player to sprint to pole

Objectives:
Playball wide to get players out of position and commit to pressure. Createoverloads on flank, play into box to score
Coaching Points:
Be patient with possession. Keeping goodshape ( DF-MF, MF-AT). Try to draw players out of position and Identify when isthe best opportunity to exploit an overload on flank. Look to penetrate deep into flanksof Zones 3 and 4.
