Rondo & Mvmnt (10 mins)
Setup- Mark out three 10x10 boxes. 6 players at each.
Description- 4v2 rondo. First round 2 touch, 3 if you have to. Second round 1 touch, 2 if you have to.

Position Play (15 mins)
Setup- As large a space as possible. 11 players in 4-3-3 plus defenders
Description- Passing the ball throughout the formation, trying to maintain possession. Constraints: AM has to pass to CF, HM has to pass to RW or LW, AM/CM/HM maintain triangle shape. When defenders win the ball, they go to goal.
Coaching Points- speed of play, quality and intent of passes.

Training Game (25 mins)
Setup- 7v7 sized field. 9 players- 4 attackers, 2 defenders, GK, 2 target players.
Description- 4v2 +GK. If defenders win, they play the ball to one of two wide target players. Play 4 minute rounds, rotate players.
