This is a pass & shoot drill
Passing and shooting first time is common thing in football and players tend to do it on a drag back pass or a lovely through ball from a team mate.
You can change the directions of shooting do fit your style.
If you don't have loads of numbers you can always do an 1 on 1 against the goalkeeper or pass & shoot as demonstrated in the video
You can always add defenders or dummies to add a challenge for your team
