Description
-Players split across the fourcones, with one player in front, and the others behind.
-Coach plays the ball in, and theplayer opposite seeks to apply pressure immediately.
-Player on the ball must play a passto the player on their left, and moving to the group on the right.
-As the ball travels, the new playeropposite must apply pressure.
Progression
-Players to be given the option topass the ball to the group on the right, or the left. Howeverthey must move to the group opposite the way they have passed.
