Round cone - Volley then angled volley
Goalkeeper will move around the cone and set for a volley into hands as done previously. This time a second server will be introduced onto the angle for another serve into hands from server 2
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Goalkeeper now has to show clean footwork and handling. The progression here is the extra serve meaning another aspect of recovering into position and defending the angle
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
The challenge here is can the goalkeeper work efficiently and transition from a basic volley to defending the angle as quickly as possible
Target is to stay set, move quickly, get a good position on the second serve and defend the angle

Round cones - Volley, angled volley then strike from edge
Goalkeeper will repeat the process as done previously. Will move around the cone for a volley into hands, then recover over to the angle for another volley from server 2 and will finally for the third and final save deal with a strike in and around the body from off the floor from server 3 from the edge of the box
Server 1 will move out of the way
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Can the goalkeeper move efficiently around the goal. Be set and maintain good positioning
More movement, more saves and the final save is from off the floor from server 3. Therefore less predictable than a volley
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
How quickly can the goalkeeper move around the goal and be set from various positions. Can the goalkeeper be adaptable to all three serves
The final serve from server 3 is to add a bit of match relevant service as well as the goalkeeper defending the full goal
Demands of server 3 is can the goalkeeper get into a good position quicky and keep an assertive depth in the goal

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Working for one repetition of one serve
One repetition of two serves (round cone, makes save then returns back to where they started and repeats the process)
One repetition of three serves (round cone, makes save then returns back to where they started and repeats the process twice more)
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can the Goalkeeper show efficient footwork, clean handling, a good set position and keep consistent handling throughout the process
Target here is no drops without knocking the cone out of place
