Organization: 10x10 grid with two small goals on both sides of the players. In front of the goals set up 2 cones about 1 yard apart.
Play: The player with the ball will begin the drill, he will pass it across and complete three passes with the other player and then go defend. The attacking player must try to do defender on the side moves to beat the defender, get through the gate, then he/she is allowed to score in either goal. If the defender wins the ball they then becomes the attacker.
Coaching points: twist and turn, create space then attack space, once you beat your man find the open gate/goal, continuously do moves to unbalance your defender, attack with speed, do not turn your back and shield your opponent.
Moves: cruyff, u turn, chop, hook, rivalino, 2 foot rivalino, step pull turn.

2v1 + GK in first section. Must beat the 1 defender off of the dribble into the next zone to progress the ball into a 4v3. Solve the 4v3 to score on the mini goals

ARRIVAL ACTIVITY:
Before session starts, get players to go through juggling exercises with a ball with different progressions.
