Defenders must stay within their zones for this stage of the practice. MF can move around the pitch as instructed by the coach based on principle.
ST are unopposed to begin, but must stay within designated areas (creating angles for a pass). ST can press DEF in possession but cannot enter zone. ST cannot press or tackle MF players to begin.

Explanation
Both teams will focus on the same in possession principle, but only ONE team will be coached at a time. The objective for in possession team is to get the ball into their #9 by playing through, around or over the opposition.
In possession GK will pass into either DEF (In Zone).
The in possession team can use the common player to bounce the ball off (common player restricted to 2 touches).
In possession team MUST play the ball ball through MF/Common players and cannot play direct from DEF to #9.
When #9 get possession, they have 1v1 unopposed vs GK (countdown of 5 seconds to shoot, this can be reduced if success to high)
Play then restarts with GK at end of last shot.
Players out of possession will not be coached, but must adhere to the principle of play to ensure realism
Stay Narrow
Prevent Split Pasess
Force Wide
Protect the Space in Behind.
Conditions, challenges and Targets
1. Players must try to break lines of opposing team by playing split passes through opposition midfield. Each team will score 2 goals for splitting MF and 1 for playing around or over.
2. Limit touches in possession (if high success rate)
