     o  Fwd and Bwd

·        Side Squats

·        Slow Carioca’s

·        Toe Touches

     o  Opposite hand to foot

·        High Knee Skips

·        Butt Kicks

·        Open hips

·        Close hips

·        Windmills (Arms) while skipping fwd

Rules:  Hold Pinnies- Players must win possession and pass the ball to get out (throw bib on the floor-new defender must pick up bib before defending)
