● A、B球員同時出發,快速至灰色區塊拿球。

● 拿球後直接射門,或移動至好的角度射門。

變化:

● 限制碰球次數。

● 增減球數量。

● 射門距離縮短。

● 球員A、B同時出發繞過角錐至灰色區塊拿球。

● 持球後選擇球門射門。(可限制球門)

● 完成射門立即回出發點與下位球員擊掌交換。

● A、B兩隊對抗,依照得分數。

變化:

● 動作區可加入敏捷圈、標盤增加難易度。

● 射門距離。

● 增減球門數量。

● 限制秒數。

● 球員A、B同時出發通過動作區至灰色區塊拿球。

● 拿球後由路線2將球帶至射門區。

● 帶球至射門區射門後完成動作。

● 兩隊對抗,利用得分數或限制秒數。

變化:

● 動作區限制。(先觸碰角錐在觸碰標盤)

● 標盤顏色、角錐顏色。

● 加入敏捷圈。(單腳跳、開合跳、敏捷圈內外跳)

● 限制秒數內完成。
