Description
-Players work in two or three teams, and play a standard game, withnormal game rules. However the intensity is emphasised and exaggerated.
-If three teams, team not active surrounds the pitch with a ball each, and seeks to introducea new ball every time a ball goes out of play.
-If just two teams, all balls with the coaches, and new ballintroduced when out of play.
Progressions:
- Introduce a rule whereby team can only score a goal if all of their team is inthe attacking half when the goal is scored. If an opposition player is not intheir defensive half, goal = 2
