Players are put in their defensive 3 with 2 wingbacks slightly in front. As the attacking team moves the ball between the poles, the defensive team need to shift, and create cover creating a back 4, with one player closing the ball down. The attacking team must wait until defensive player has reached them to pass the ball again. After a certain amount of passes, or on the coaches shout, the attackign team can go to goal. Defenders need to continue providing balance and cover at this time.
