Drop off pass
Essence:
- To work on drop off and elimination skills into a shot.
Structure:
- A takes the ball and drop passes it to B.
- A moves into a defensive position and we play a 1v1 up to the 25.
- Once B reaches the 25 they can take a shot.
- Then we go from the other side.
Technical Points:
- The drop off pass is almost leaving the ball. Plus for the defenders its important to rotate and have staggered feet to mirror the attacker.
