Players on the outside with the ball. Players inside will move and ask for the ball and return the ball again. 2 mins rotation.

Both set of player will start from the same/opposite end together.

1. Ends zones serving players (No.1) will pass to the middle receiving Player (No.2), and follow the pass.

2. Middle player (No.2) will control, turn & pass to the other end zone player (No.3), and follow the pass to move behind the line.

3. Now the end zone player (No.3) will repeat the pass to new middle zone player (No.1), and follow the pass.

4. Player (No.1) will control, turned and pass to a new end zone player (No. 4), and follow the pass.

The sequence will be repeated again.

1. Game start with a ball from Coach to the middle player.

2. Middle player will control & pass to the end player as a possession game.

3. Defender in each zones will try to block/disrupt the passing.

4. All player stay in their own zones.
