Session description: 2v2 in the middle with 2 wide neutral players who can join the attack and leave their zone once they receive the ball to create a 3 v 2 overload and aim to score in the 2 mini goals. If a yellow is dispossessed, they need to return to their zone immediately.
TARGETS - Can we counter the counter in under 5 seconds? = 2 goals

set up- The middle players (yellow and blue) need to pass to the neutral (red) in the end zone to earn a point, the neutral player can also attack with the team in possession causing an overload (3v2) the neutral player decides if they want to join the attack or not. However once the team wins possession from the team of 3 (including the neutral) they need to pass back to the neutral player from their side to restart play, within this time frame the neutral player from the other side needs to run back to their end zone to receive a pass from the other team.
target- can all 3 players touch the ball before passing into the neutral player in the end zone.
