Organization:
Tranistion: two winning teams will each add a teammate who will be their and play 4 vs 4 on the single lare field. All restarts for each team will be intiated by the GK.
Instructions: GK must play the ball in quickly to a player on their team.
Coaching Points:
- POP: Length, Width, Depth - Team shape that allows all to play quickly away from pressure
- POP: Penetration
Technical (in the flow)
- Body position when receiving pass
- Placement and weight of pass
- Ball to feet vs ball to space
Progressions:
P1 Goals can only be scored when the attacking team penetrates the center line
P2 Defending team press high and win the ball in their attacking half, can go directly to goal.

Organization:
Teams play 4 vs 4 on larger field and incorporate chanel on wing
1st team to score stays ON.
Instructions: Now teams can play the ball into the wing on attack and defenders can not go in that channel.
Coaching Points:
- Movement as ball travels
- Recognizing visual cues for the combinations
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Penetrate with a shot, on the dribble, a pass to an overlap or diagonal run that get's in behind defense
- POP: Mobility and Creativity
Progressions/Regressions:
P1 - Goals scored as a result of a specific action - diagonal run count 4X
P2 - Goals scored as a result of a specific action - Penetrate with a shot 3X
P3 - Goals scored as a result of a specific action - Penetrate on the dribble and score yourself 2X
R1 - Use team on outside as bumper players in the channel, if fitness appears to impede progress.

Game w/Sweeper Keeper (15 mins)
Organization
Two 20 x 30 yard fields, 2 small goals on each and quickly have players begin a 3 vs 3 match.
Instructions:
In order for team to score a goal must have incorporated the GK into the passing sequence - Sweeper Keeper.
Coaching Points:
- Priciple of Play: Length, Width, Depth (team shape = triangle
- Movement as ball travels
- Recognizing visual cues for the combinations
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Ability to play quickly away from pressure and counter-attack
Progression:
- Allow teams who press and win ball to go directly to goal if won in attacking 1/2 of the field.
