Players jog around one with a ball and one without, when coach calls STOP, players must quickly close down an opponent with the ball; switch roles
Progression: 1) When coach calls GO player with the ball attempt to get through a gate before they are tackled

Coach passed ball into attacker who goes 1 v 1 with defender and attempts to score on central goal. If defender wins ball they counter to smaller goals.
Progression - Attacker may play back to teamate who then can go 1 v 1
Coaching Points:
1) Quick-Quick-Slow to close space
2) Angle approach to cut off net
3) Lower centre of gravity - sideway on
4) Look for longer touch and TACKLE!
