Session Explanation
Using the centre circle again, station four players on the outside and four on the inside using one player as a presser. Players will look to incorporate detail from practice 1 whilst now being under pressure. The pressing player can target any of the three central players and if they manage to pinch possession will switch out with the player who lost possession.

Session Explanation
The practice now progresses to a 4v4 where teams score points through receiving the ball in the end zones. Players can only receive the ball in the end zone, they cannot dribble.

Session Explanation
Using the centre circle, station four players on the outside and four on the inside. To begin players will look to simply gather the ball from one player and pass into an outside player without a ball on the adjacent side.
