Objective;
The aim of the game is for the attacking team (BLUE) team players to make combination passes in the central area & attempt to make quick passes and switches of play in order to transfer the ball (break the defensive line) into either of the 2 attacking BLUE players where they aim to revieve and play a short pass into the mini goal which will earn the 1point.
The defending team (RED) aim to stay compact and connected to try and screen and minimise the risk of the ball being transferred through or around them into the attackers in the zone behind them. If the manage to secure the ball they will aim to play a quick forward pass to exploit the space and break the line into their attacking players, who will aim to turn and play a short pass into their mini goal. This is worth 2 points.
Once the ball is dead, Coach will begin the game again by passing into the attacking team.
