Player 1 (yellow) throws the ball into Player 3 (red), Player 2 (blue) tries to get on the ball and score on the single mini goal. The red player needs to be accurate and head the ball into one of the mini goals diagonally from him.
Progression:
1. Instead of throwing play a long ball into the grid.
2. Let Player 2 (blue) be fully active: The duel will be 100% live.
Periodization: Every player gets 20 repetitions.
