Players play in 2 touches. Objective is to play into the targets for a point. If successful, they keep the ball. 

Rules

  • All players play with a minimum of two touches
  • When outside players receive, can travel into grid to provoke pressure.
  • Encourage players to keep the ball moving. 
  • Coach rival to protect the space behind.

TIP tries to play into a free player in the river in order to play across for 3 points. If they play through without playing into the free player, then 1 point. Games are 7 minutes. 
Rules

  • Players are limited to 2 touch. 
  • 3 rivals try to block the ball from going into the free players. 
  • If ball is won by the rival, they should try to play to the free side of the field. 
  • Losing team has extra training.

Objective is to score a goal in the rival goal. If a goal is scored, corner won, or goal kick- ball will start with the focus team. 

Rules

  • Rival must not defend until below the line of confrontation. Remove line of confrontation once team gets used to the rule. 
  • When OOP team wins the ball, they try to score on the opponent goal. 
  • 1 point for any goal scored. 
  • Progress to 9v9 with OOP playing 1-4-4-2 diamond.
