Set Up:
Player sprints to outer pole as ball is played (must touch pole)
They then try to block the pass from the pink player into the central player. If they block the pass, they get a pass from the coach on the end line to finish.
If they miss the block they have 3 seconds to finish the layoff from the central player.
Option:
If the pass keeps getting missed, reduce distance to pole or pink MUST play two touch
Note:
The pink player should always be a goalkeeper or CB. This represents them playing past a pressing forward.
