3 yards
The goalkeeper will start 3 yards from the goal line. He will start on his knees , he will then make a save to his low left. once he has secured he must get up and receive a volley from either server 1 or 2. there must be a goalkeeper ready to swap with the active goalkeeper. once both goalkeepers have completed 5 saves they will swap with the servers and the servers will complete 5 saves each this drill will help for me to be able to see the ability of how quick my keepers can transition from a save to a second save

Keepers will work in pairs once they have both completed 5 saves they will swap with the servers

Warm Up
To warm up before my session starts the players will get into a game of one bounce this will help them activate and get ready to train but this also helps me to be able to see their ability to be able to keep the ball up and the control that they have over the ball
