⚽Practice Organization

• A Hiit exercise that develops the anaerobic capacity of the players 
• A highly demanding exercise which requires proper and in depth explanation along with high level of synchronization

⚽Key Coaching Points

• We have to groups of players(A-B)
• Accordingly the exercise requires very good synchronization
• Player from group A drives the ball very fast and taps it at the middle of the exercise(red cone). At the same time player from group B executes agility cone dash and receives the tapped ball
• Player from group A continues to move Infront and with a very fast run has to execute slalom between the sticks and eventually sprint towards the group B
• On the other side Player from group B executes 1-2 combination with the player that demarked against the opponent(mannequin)
• After the 1-2 player receives the ball drives it very fast toward group A
• We do 2-4 sets of 1:30-2:00 minutes
• 30'' seconds rest between each set
• Coach motivates players to give their best effort for the most time that they can
• We place emphasis on the way that the player moves of the ball and creates space, which he exploits next to the mannequin
