Combination 1: Players get in groups of three. Player A players 1-2 with player B, then player A plays a through ball to player C. REPEAT.
Combination 2: Players stay in groups of three. Player A passes to player B, Player A then overlaps player B. Player B plays small pass to Player A. Player A plays through ball to player C. REPEAT.

Set Up
15Minutes: To target players only
*Area set up as illustrated, one middle zone (midfield), and two end zones.
*4v4 in the middle with an additional magic player, each end zone with a target player (CB).
*Ball starts with CB and he looks to play into middle zone, to score a goal must play to opposite target player.
Progression (15minutes)
1. Add in a No.9 into end zones, to score you must now play into No.9 who looks to combine for support player to finish, or so he can turn to score in a 1v1 situation.
Learning Objectives
*Movement in midfield, rotation of 4 players.
*Body shape when receiving, check shoulders.
*Play 1 touch in tight spaces.
*Support of No.9 to lose CB.

Scrimmage 8V8 W/GK's
15Min: Red Team focuses on maintaining possession using passing and receiving. They should focus on finding their #9 and using them as a target. Red team should also use movement off the ball to support the #9 in transition.
Blue Team focuses maintaining possession through the use of combination play. The outside backs (2&3) should work on making runs deep into the channel to support the attack and maintain possession.
Last 15 minutes the teams switch shapes and roles.

Dynamic Warm-up (15 mins)
1. Players do 5 minutes of Ladders without the ball, followed by a short sprint. On their way back into line, they should be dynamic stretching.
2. Final 10 minutes of warm-up. Players do ladders, followed by one touch pass back to player standing at cone, with the ball.
