Start
GK throws ball to attacking goalkeeper
Defenders press ball from a start position in their own half
Attackers must complete 3 passes before releasing ball into flank positions.
Attackers then move into forward position to attack cross.
Left would give you a deeper cross right would give you a more advanced cross.

Attackers incorporate goalkeepers into passing sequence to get a overload.
Vary number of passes to get out to increase difficulty.
Defending flank player can press ball after 1st touch to increase difficulty.
Change starting positions of flank players to get varing crosses from either side.
If GK catches cross ball can be passed straight to wide player to start a counter attack.
If defenders win ball they complete 3 passes and work the drill the other way.
If the ball goes out of play it starts again with the opposite goalkeeper. Attackers become defenders
