Look to receive on the back foot with an open body shape to play forward immediately
If pressed look to move ball back with one touch

Instructions:
Blue team attempts to keep possession. Scores on every 6 or 7 passes or whenever a pass successfully splits the yellow team.
If yellow wins the ball they try to dribble out of box. (can progress to attempting to score)
