8v8 Posession (20 mins)
8v8 or 9v9 possesion inside a 40x40 Grid
-Team in posession has to have one player on the outside of each side of the grid.
-Once a team loses posession, they all join back in to defend.
-Once a team wins posession they should get one player outside of each line as quick as possible.
-Team in posession tries to keep posession while using players on the outside.
-Players can switch inside and out as long as there is someone outside on every side
-Teams get a point by finding a player outside of each side in one posession.

9v9 Wide Play (20 mins)
9v9 with both teams set up in a formation (1-3-2-3 Shown)
-Teams must play to a player in both outside channels before they can go to goal.
-Players should learn to get wide into channels early, as soon as their team wins the ball to create width quickly.

A passes to B, B then drops ball back at an angle to player A and then peels away, Player A plays longer ball to C, Player C Drops pass back to Player B who has peeled to the other side, Player B now plays a longer ball to Player D and then joins the back of line D. Player A is now in the B spot and plaer C stays in the same spot. The same pattern continues the other way now.
