Battle In The Box -

Organization: In a 15-25x20-35 field with full size goals and goalkeepers. 2 Equal Teams. 

Game Rules: Two vs two in the middle. Players on the outside alternate playing a ball in. First Red plays a ball to Red (1) and Red try to score vs the Yellow goalkeeper and play continues until ball goes in the goal or out of bounds. Then Blue plays the ball into Blue and they try to score on the Green goalkeeper. Alternate Red and Blue playng the ball in until one team has scored two goals. After two goals, send new players into the middle. Make sure teams on the outside know who will play in the next ball. They need to communicate so they don't miss a chance to counterattack quickly... nor do they accidentially send two balls on at once. (if this happens it results in a turnover).

Coaching Points: Emphasize speedy transitions and sharp runs to the goal during the moment of transition. Off side rule is not in effect (but can be added). Focus is on finishing and transition.
