Organization of Session
- 20x20 grid with small goals in each corner
- 2v1 game - white attackes orange. A defends against attackers. B protects gates. White looks to score on open age.
- If orange (A) wins ball - then A must pass back to B and open up. A & B now attack white. One white player defends, other players drops to protect goals
- When a team scores the scoring team receives entry ball from teammates off the field and re-attacks. New defenders step to defend.
- If over end line, new attackers and new defenders (attackers come from end line that the ball went over)
- Sideline is kick in.
Key Points

Dribbling Warm up
Organization of Session
- Three cones are set up in a line with 10-12 yards beteen each cone
- 2-3 players (each with a ball) at each outside cone
- Players dribble to cone and throw a move - if the move is a possession move (such as pull-back), player returns to original starting point (A). If the move is a penetration move (such as scissors), player dribbles to opposite vonce after throwing the move (B).
Coaching Points
- Executing the move properly is more important than going fast. Make sure players use proper technique for each move - slow them down if needed.
- Be specific as to which foot the players uses to execute the move. Get reps with both feet.
- Recommend that no more than 2-3 moves be taught in a single session.
- Players should "explode out" of the move, dribbling as fast as possible.
- Players should alwasy keep back tight and under control.
