Ping

Two teams of players, each within a square zone. Teams take turns striking the ball into the opponent's zone. Infractions of the rules result in a point for the other team.

Rules:

• The ball must not stop inside your zone
• The ball may not leave your zone unless it is struck into the opponent's zone
• The strike towards your opponent must be accurate and enter their zone

• 2-touch restriction for each player at a time
• Must complete a pass before striking to the other side
• Every player must touch the ball before striking to the other side
• 1-touch restriction and every player must touch the ball

• Use proper technique for passes and strikes
• Communicate with teammates who receives the next pass
• Communicate where you would like to receive the pass - verbal and nonverbal
• Use proper body shape - face both where the ball is coming from and where it's going
• Use proper spacing to allow more time to plan your next move
