Set up
Each player is directed to their own 5x5 island with a tall cone in the centre. Each side of the area has it's own goal and only one player will be able to score on the goal at a time.
Talk to players and explain that that players need to stay on their island and can only swim in the middle zone when the coaches allows a player to.
Play
Players dribble on their own island like the following animals, once their number is called by the coach they continue to dribble like their animal towards their goal and score.
Penguin - Players only use inside of feet (tic tocs)
Cheetah - Dribble as fast as they can, trying to use their laces
Kangaroo - Players hop with the ball between their feet
Crab - Players can only roll the ball and move sideways
Snake - Players have to alternate using the inside and outside of one foot

Play
On the coaches command, one player per area, dribbles the ball into their sea and plays a give and go with each of the other players they share a sea with before turning and scoring in the goal.
Progression
- Receiving player on the island has to receive the ball one side of the tall cone and then roll it across their body and pass on the other side of the cone.
- Player passing into the island has to knock down the middle cone in each receiving players island, if the pass onto the island misses, the receiver on the island can to try and help knock down the cone before passing back out to the dribbler.
**Remind players if a cone gets knocked down they are only allowed to use their feet to rebuild the cone or ask for help from a coach.

- Players perform a variety of ball mastery and body mastery tasks on their island.
Tic tocs - Toe touches - Sole rolls - Laces push and pull - Inside outside - Hop with the ball
