- Reds work to maintain possession with GK's (outsides have 1-2 touch and cannot play each other)
- Blues work to win the ball and counter to either goal (4v3)
- Restarts with coach giving the ball to the "Counter Team"
- Play 2 mins and switch roles - team that scores more wins!
* Coaching points should focus on the moment of regain - play away from pressure/quick combinations to do so.

4-SQUARE: Transition (20 mins)
Transition Game:
10x10 squares!
*Retarts always with server - playing the team waiting in one of the 3 other squares.
- red's start in possession looking to make 3 passes
- one white looks to stop them from making 3 passes
- once red achieves 3 passes they play a blue in other grid - all blue must sprint to that grid to look to get 3 passes, while red looks to get one player in each open grid.
- if white wins ball, they have to play blues - if successful, reds become the defenders
- reds must try to win back immediately to avoid this!
* Play 2 mins: team defending at end of time owes something (i.e. 3 knee's to chest)
