Organisation - The defender passes the ball to the attacker and races out to defend. The attacker must show a disguise and try to score in one of the two goals. For the next attack, the player rotate positions
• “Try to slow the defender down and then accelerate”
• “All you need is half a yard”
• “Take the defender away from where you want to go & attack the space”
• (For example a right footed player would take a defender to the left, before accelerating quickly into the space created on the right)

Organisation - Attackers in blue, Defenders in red. Attackers work as a 3 to score in the goal opposite, they can only shoot once they get into the reds half. The blue player who has the shot or loses the ball becomes the defender against the 2 red defenders. If the shot goes wide a red player or GK needs to feed one of the red attackers as quickly as possible. Reds & Blue will swap over after 5/10 mins to have a go at both roles.
- Make into a competition - First team to 10 goals.
What I want to get from the session
- Players to take responsability in front of goal- " Your not passing, your passing the responsability! "
- Players to work as a unit to create goalscoring opportunites
- Players to recognise when to SHARE the ball.
- Players to be brave when in a 1v1 situation
- Players to attack with purpose & speed - Least ammount of touches possible
- Transition intellegence to improve
