Title: 1v1 Triangle
Duration: 10 Minutes
Setup:
- 3 player's total:
- 2 players compete in a triangle-shaped area with 1 ball.
- 1 player acts as the referee with extra balls on hand.
Objective:
- Players compete 1v1 to score points by bouncing the ball off the triangle’s lines.
- Points are earned by shielding, facing up, and keeping possession while making contact with the lines.
- Each line touched with the ball = 1 point.
- Play lasts for 1 minute per round.
- The referee:
- Keeps score
- Determines possession when the ball goes out
- Quickly restarts play with a new ball if needed
Bonus Rule:
- If a player successfully completes two nutmegs (megs), they automatically win the round.
- Winner stays on for the next round.
Coaching Points:
- Use the sole of the foot for control
- Face up to the defender
- Be creative and try different moves

Title: 1v1 Free Range
Duration: 10 Minutes
Setup: 2 Players to a ball
Objective: Use all the space to keep the ball away from other person 1v1. If defender gets the ball-try to win it back. No out of bounds.
1. Try some of the Ginga combo moves.
2. Have confidence- Go at players
3. Nut meg them
4. Keep the ball
Coaching Points:
1. Be creative
2. Face up
3. Head up so you don't run into players and walls

Title: Play 5v5
Duration: 30 Minutes
Setup: 2 Goals
Objective: Just Play- Play 8-10 Minute games. Change teams after each game. Ref the games. Have extra balls to play quick.
Coaching Points:
1. Learn the rules. Inbounds
2. Encourage the moves.
3. Players play all positions. (Free play)
