GK works through the cones and then receives a volley from the central server. Once he has dealt with that he returns the ball (if caught) and then moves wide to deal with the 1 v 1 scenario.

Part 2 (20 mins)

Goalkeeper starts in the goal. He receives a half volley to deal with. If he happens to catch it he just throws the ball away to the side. Once the first serve is done, the second server plays a one-two with the first server and runs through on goal and looks to score. The Goalkeeper looks to defend his goal as effectively as possible.

Part 3 (20 mins)

Rondo Type game with two boxes. One person from each team in a box each. Team in possession can score a goal by making 10 passes or by successfully dribbling through the box against the opposition GK. To keep possession you can also use the keeper in the box so team in possesion will always have an overload.
