Instructions:
All players with the ball with the execption of the initial defender.
The defender goes after the players with the ball and attempts to kick it out of the square.
Players that loose the ball become defenders.
Last one with a ball is the winner.
Coaching Points:
Awareness of location of defenders.
Look for open space and take it.
Little touches for control; big touches to explode into open space.
Use body to shield the ball.
Progressions/Regressions:
Start with more than one defender.
