Touching, Movement exercise
1. S1 and GK play a 1-touch pass, 3Xs
2. GK drops back and shows for a back pass from S2
3. S2 plays a ball back to GK
4. GK separates ball to a new passing lane
5. GK plays the ball to opposite outlet (S3)

Save, Distribution Drill
1. S1 shoots at the GK
2. GK makes a save a give ball back
3. GK goes around near post cone to far post cone and asks for a ball from S2
4. S2 plays a ball back to GK
5. GK plays the ball in the air to S3
**Repeat 4 times and switch/ switch sides***

Back pass, Bad pass, Shot drill
1. S1 plays a back pass to GK
2. GK receives ball and plays to short outlet S2
3. GK moves to receive the ball back from S2
4. S2 plays ball back to GK
5. GK switches to the opposite outlet with a long pass (S3)
6. S1 moves over to that pass angle and shots at the GK, Simulating it was a bad pass and a shot comes in.

Activation Drill - Passing/receiving
1. GK runs towards S1 and asks for the ball
2. S1 plays a ball to GKs feet
3. GK plays a 1-touch back to S1
4. GK runs back towards hurdles and performs the task
5. Repeat the process using left foot or right foot.
**If you use your right foot, you go right and perform the hurdles, If left foot you go left and perform the hurdles.
**PROGRESSION 1**
1. GK will now separate the ball to the red cone and play the ball back to S1
2. The rest of the drill will perform the same.
**PROGRESSION 2 **
1. S1 will send a bouncing ball to the GK
2. GK will control the ball, separate to the red cone, and pass it back
