- Players in pairs on opposite sides ( red gate ).
Instructions:
As shown with white team ( Part A )
- Players make eye contact with pair across channel from them.
- Each dribble towards PUG goal and perform given Change of Direction.
- Players dribble through red gate and go to end of line.
- After given amount of time, change sides ( start and end in blue gates ).
Coaching Points:
- Ronaldo Chop
- Entry 1 - Bigger touches with the laces
- Entry 2 - Take the touches in stride (with the foot which lands in stride ).
- Entry 3 - Head up after every touch
- Entry 4 - Recognition of the defenders momentum and angle of recovery
- Entry 5 - Slowing down on approach to draw defender in ( Pro - Active )
- Execution 1 - Contact with the inside of the foot.
- Execution 2 - Ankle locked and toe up.
- Execution 3 - Angle of hips effects angle of exit touch.
- Execution 4 - Legs moving outwards and airborn before execution
- Execution 5 - Distance to this movement effects distance out of the move

Instructions:
- Defender ( blue ) passes to Attacker ( white ) feet .
- Game is live on the pass.
- Attacker attemps to score in either the blue or the red gate for a point.
- Defender attempts to score by winning the ball and scoring in either gate ffrom where the game started.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch.
- Ability to increase defender's momentum ( size of touch ).
- Recognition to control size of touch and angle of touch as defender closes space .
- Execution and timing of Ronaldo Chop.
- Exit - Size of touch / Change of Pace
Progressions:
P/R : Moment the game goes live ( on pass vs . on attacker's fisrt touch ).

Organization:
- As shown . 2 teams . 3 to 4 players per team.
- Ball per player
Instructions:
- 1st player ( Blue ) must cross middle blue line and score in PUG for a point ( moment A ).
- As soon as goal is scored or ball goes out of play, a player from the opposite team (white) may enter play with ball while the player who just scored / shot is the defender.
- When ball goes out of play or a goal is scored, a new player from the team on the same side the ball exits play or a goal is scored enters, the opposite team defends and the other player drops out ( example at moment B - a new blue would enter, white would become defender, original blue drops out.
Coaching Points:
- First touch out of feet, attack space. Size of touch as defender closes space.
- Can you score ? Should you change direction ?
- Is the momentum high enough that you can Ronaldo Chop?
- Recognition to use Stop - Start should defender anticipate Change of Direction.
Progressions:
- Remove middle line..

Organization:

Instructions:
- 2 teams on, 1 team off
- 1st team to score wins, winner stays on
- 3 minute games, if there is a tie, team that has been on the longest goes off.
- 3 points for a win , 1 point for a tie.
Coaching Points:
- Shape / Environment ( Starting Position ).
- Decision Making ( 1st Attacker ).
- Timing of Movements ( 2nd and 3rd Attackers ).
