Team attacking are going to goal, defending team must carry and complete a pass in either of the boxes to earn right to attack towards goal (Turning attacking team to defending).
Conditions:
Any 1:1 dive in or cheap elimination = Whistle blown and player is out for sprint.
Discuss channeling and footwork, if need be work on 1:1 defence in whole part whole.
Working on 1:1 defence and footwork in the challenge not getting beaten easily and how we apply pressure to players.

Focus on applying marking and 1:1 defence on larger pitch.

Players should all have a player can designate if need too, play 5 v 5 with self subs and conditioned subs.
If 'your' player gets on ball and is able to carry/advance forward you sub out and complete sprints
