Two teams of three within the playing area with targets on each end, each team works the ball in the opposite direction. Players open up to receive the ball on the half turn. Player A takes up an angled position to receive and plays to player B who plays to target while player C takes up position to receive and play in the opposite direction, encourage players to take up different positions. The added pressure is dealing with the traffic and recognizing when to hold to let runs develop or play the ball into space.

Technical warm up (Receiving on the half turn) (10 mins)
Players form a circle with 2-3 players on the inside, player on the inside check to the ball at an angle, demand and receive on the back foot, turn and play to the open player. Player who played the ball enters the circle, player who received takes players position who played them the ball.
