Screen 1 (15 mins)

1 - Legs Wide Apart, feeder passes ball to hands between legs, focus on bending at the hips rather than legs

2 - Using resistance band around legs, move to middle of goal, catch ball and move back

3 - Keeper on front, facing feeder with arms outstretched, feeder passes to either hand, focus on engaging core

4 - 3 cones numbered 1-3, run to each, track back, feeder feeds under arm at knee hight and keeper side foots back

5 - Figure of 8 between legs bending at hips, work on getting a feel of ball in the glove
