In Pairs:
- passing
- 2 touch
- one player rolls through gate, other player recieves ball with outside around cone and passes back to partner, then returns to the middle and does the same excercies on the other foot.
- same as above but this time recieve on inside and pass with other foot.
players rotate.
In triangles:
- players pass around triangle
- pass follow pass
- open out with back foot

Players put into groups as shown above
Semi Opposed:
- Players on outside of sqaure can move to different sides of square and move along the lines inbetween the cones
-player on the ball should have two options either side to play to
- player in the middle (defender) must try to intercept, cannot tackle
Opposed:
- 3v1 in the square
- players can move anywhere and should create good angles for player on the ball
- defender can tackle

- x2 fields with end zones
- 4v4's
- Each team plays to opponents end zone
- Goal/point scored by a pass into an endzone being recieved by a player
- Players cannot enter enzone unless they are making a run into there as the ball is travelling towards the endzone.
