3 teams of 4 players, 1 team around outside , 2 teams in the middle.
Coach in middle zone serving balls.
Outside men on 1 touch only, two teams in the middle playing an opposed possession practise.

Outside men to have a picture well before they receive
All players think about movements in a tight area to receive
Passes and weight of passes to outside men
Bodyshape when receiving
Switching play without passing through 'coach zone'
Press decisions when out of possession - it becomes an 8v4!

2 teams, 6v6, set up as shown.
defenders and strikers are 'locked in' their zones.
ball must always travel through the thirds.
if re-gained in middle third, ball must be dribbled into or passed into attacking zone immediately.
2 out of the three midfielders can support strikers but defending midfielders CANNOT track them into attacking zone.
attack quickly on re gain in middle third - counter with pace
reaction time of supporting midfielders
movement and runs of supporting midfielders and lone striker - striker MUST retain possession
defensive shape from defenders and holding midfielder - even when team is in possession
end product - hit the target
set traps to trigger counter attack
take out zones and progress into a SSG
