Passing & Recieving (10 mins)

Method16 players 14 outfield 2 goalkeepers .4 players to a triangle and 4 triangle .player passes ball to next player and follows his pass and so on around .progression 1 the reciever of ball lays ball bk to passer and  they play one two.progression 2 the reciever set ball bk and the passer plays to next player on the triangle

Playing through the lines (10 mins)

Method10 v 4 20x 60 square dived into 3 zones .Playing through lines with a set pass  directional practice.To score the players must get from one side to the other, the blues must play one pass before it can go back into the middle zone.Then middle zone has to make set pass back before can transfer to other end sone If the reds defenders intercept then they play to coaches for a goal.

8 v 8 Game (20 mins)

MethodPossesion game in 8v8 

 Field is 70yds long x 50yds wide with a half-way line and 2 goals at either end. Two equal teams, with 2 Goalkeepers. Balls distributed beside goals to keep the game flowing when balls go out of play. with offside in effect. Re-start from the GK when  ball goes out of play.they have to look to get in space to play and recieve set  pass to go forward
