Player A and B are repeatedly passing the ball one touch, on a stimulus; whistle, X number of passes, a visual, player B moves outside of the poled gate (see green arrow) and has an open body, they receive the ball with their back foot moving into the space and then finish in the goal before repeating.

The player is situated in the 4 x 4m box with different coloured cones making the corners. As the player returns the ball they must quickly move their body to touch a colour with their foot, then return to the centre to recevie the next pass. This repeats continuously and progresses to the facilitator shouting the colour for the player to move to.

The player is situated central to the two cones either side, as the player receives the ball they take their first touch towards the outside of the cone and then pass back. The player must then focus on how they move back to the centre in preparation for the next pass to be received.

There are three parts to this drill (as illustrated in the image). Part 1 sees the player return a pass to the facilitator then move back to behind the manequin (any obstacle) as the facilitator then passes to the player, see section 2 of the image. From behind the manequin the player needs to readjust their body position to take their first touch across the obstacle and return the ball with the same foot, then moving closer to repeat practice.

As is in the image, the player receives a pass from Facilitator A to their back foot, they receive the ball with their hips open and pass to Facilitator B. Once they have released the ball they move towards the manequin/obstacle and simulate being marked before then exploding away and setting their body to receive from Facilitator B; then repeat.

The players starts central to the manufactured line, when they return the ball to the facilitator they move deeper and open their body to move beyond the offside line (the line they originially start on). Then play a 1-2 off the bounce board and receive on the turn to play back to the facilitator and repeat. It is important to operate on both the left and right. You can progress this activity by adding a goal that the player can score in; either a) after playing a 1-2 with the bounce board or b) after receiving the pass beyond.

Two goals are set up both sides of a gate which is central. The receiving player is positioned centrally and the server starts this drill by playing a pass to the receiving player who then sets the server; position 1 in the image. Once the player has set the ball, they re-position and open their hips, now pointed towards their target goal; see number 2 in the image. This player then receives with their back foot to the target with either 2a, touch into the space then a finish or 2b, their first touch across the pole, ensuring their body is positioned between the ball and the pole, then a finish. The touch and finish must be with the same foot, it is important to work both feet.
