Attacker makes a movement either to go left or right, which ever way the attacker goes the defender must touch the cone the opposite he goes and then comes to defend him.
If defender wins the ball, they can pass to my feet

Conditon- When you dont have the ball you are locked in your zone
Common player can go in both zones
Must always have one player in each zone
