Goal:
play 3v1 for lower teams (learn to make width and depth) + communication between players
Exercise:
3 players start in central square, one of them receives the ball from Trainer. They run to outside and try to pass defender A. When they have brought ball in the dotted circle zone: free hit @ goal.
Rotation:
fix defdenders, change after x minutes

bring second defender to make 3v2 (advanced level)

create scoring opportunity @ baseline 2v1
Exercise:
A plays to B who makes run towards baseline/goal @ the outside of the cones, C can defend baseline (assisted or not by goalie). A makes run at the outside left and positions himself in front of goal (preferrably 90°)
